Dairy Free Pudding

Okay, so I got this great idea!  How about Jello Pudding made with Almond Milk?

So I picked up a bunch!  Mmmmmmm!

Check out the calorie count.  Not BAD!  I don’t have to worry about the scale too much!

Almond Milk and Jello pudding!  Great idea right?

After I whisked it for the full 2 minutes and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, this was my result:

Pudding soup!

But hey, let’s look at the bright side. It still tasted really good!

So some of the possibilities I thought this would be good for are:  Angle food cake, Frozen bananas or a sweet sauce for dairy free ice cream!

This wasn’t a huge fail because  I stumbled upon a sweet sauce!

I wonder what it is about real milk and almond milk that made this runny?

Oh well, I am eating it anyway!
