Winter Purse & Duct Tape

What does a  purse and duct tape have in common you ask?  Well, in my world, it’s just a couple more ways that I stretch that buck and hopefully make it to a successful discharge in October of 2017

Doesn’t that sound far away?  It sounded VERY FAR AWAY in 2012 when I filed, so far it almost felt impossible.  Still does sometimes, but I’m getting more and more used to the idea.

Just think, in 2015 it won’t seem so far away!  I.Will.Be.So.Happy.    It will still be three years off but only sound like two!  Winking smile

Yay!  Its starting to feel like winter in the mornings so its time!

You know that I have two purses.  I have a white and a black one and I have used both of those for a few years now.  In the summer I change to the white and in the winter I change to the black and this weekend I changed back to the black!!!  I actually love it best, cause black is my favorite color.  I love these purses too.  I think it is key to get two that you love.

That is one way that I try to stay in budget and be frugal.

I recently discovered it Duct Tape!  It actually comes in all kinds of colors!

My first duct tape saved is this blush.  I have had it for a long time and I almost threw it out because it was getting ruined because the lid came off.

Duct tape to the rescue.

Duct tape also saved me here, I should have used white, but silver is what I have and silver is what I used!

It doesn’t look good open or closed!

The gasket is ripping and I know that I can buy a new one online, I have no idea how much, and I’m not looking forward to the job, so yep, duct tape saves the day.

Have you seen the commercial where the guy duct tapes the whole kitchen?  I am beginning to feel much like that!  Winking smile

Don’t worry, I haven’t duct taped anybody to their seat yet!

PS:  Tomorrow I want to show you the best perfume in the world!!!!  You will be surprised!
