Guilt Free Apple Pie

Sort of? Its not really pie, but close enough.

I tell you! I am the toaster oven Queen! Look what I figured out.

Slice apples and lay them out on the tray, spray with I Cant Believe Its Not Butter, then sprinkle it with a teaspoon sugar and cinnamon:

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Then top the whole thing with frozen Cool Whip and you have a really low calorie apple pie!

The cool whip tastes like ice cream and melts into the apples.

This is 2 points if you are counting.
